As our name suggests, our aim is to make the unpredictable local authority planning process simple for anyone looking to extend their home or even build themselves a new one. We do all the drawings, surveys, form filling as well as keeping you up to date. All we need to know from you is what you want to do and we will take care of everything else until the day you get your planning decision from the local authority.

Whatever the project, our sole purpose is to ensure your application is successful wherever possible and that the whole process is stress free from start to finish. We work with you and for you and make what is often a frustrating, complicated process as simple as possible.

We divide our time between The Forest of Dean and Hungerford and cover everywhere in between across the South West including (and in no particular order!) Cardiff, Newport, Bristol, Bath, Wiltshire, West Berkshire, Gloucestershire, Swindon, Reading,  We have over 20 years’ experience in architectural design and planning and we are here to help you create your dream home.
